If you’re up for it, you can join us in the fields: planting, watering, feeding the soil, and tending to the trees. Every 45 days or so, we harvest the coconuts by hand, and if you’re here at the right time, you can help us carry them in, peel them, and sort them for use.
Coconuts are part of daily life here;
not just as food, but as a way of living with the land.

There’s always something to do:
Try your hand at de-husking
Learn how to make coconut milk or oil
Weave with coconut fronds the old way
